Nitro 5 AN515-45 Suddenly black screen with some vertical white lines

Hello guys ,

I recently had a permanent problem with my new Nitro 5 ( has only 2 months ) . Basically yestarday while I was doing some work the screen get black / grey with some white vertical lines on the left and right . I turned it off and try to access the bios but nothing changed . While is turning on you can see like a vertical black rectangular in the middle of the screen and the left an right side more grey with some lines , the shades are changing.

So I tried to put my password blindly to enter in the system and it Enters  as the keyboard colours change from red to the ones I choose in the nitro sense . I can't test it in another external screen at the moment. 

I already contacted Acer for repairs , waiting for them to get back to me .

Do you guys have any idea ?
I never had any problems , took care of it maniacally and  never hit it anywhere.

If you have an extra monitor or TV, you can hook it up with the HDMI cable to check it the display was faulty.

The exact same thing happened to me yesterday with my Nitro 5 I just bought three months ago... I have a 144Hz screen as well.  I have been taking care of it very well.  I came back from a run and it looked like that.  It works perfectly on another monitor but the screen is gone.  
Anyone has any suggestions?

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page. 
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
