I accidentally dropped my desktop computer transporting it. And when I plug it in, the hard disk with all my files in it, won’t appear on the bios boot sector manager. What do I do now?

Might be worth checking to see if the power and data cables are connected to the M/B and drive.........

Yes, it is most likely connection become loose when you drop the PC. Open up the PC, disconnect and reseat the HD connector firmly.

Also, in Win 10 Disk Management, can you see this drive?

If you still cannot see the drive, disconnect the drive and connect it to another PC and check if this other PC can see it.

If everything fail, then the hard drive is dead.  If data too important, then take it to professional data recovery service and pay the dearly price for it.
