Random blue pixels for no reason nitro 5

so after the most recent windows update theres been random little blue pixels on the screen my screen isnt damaged in anyway due to i was just using it before i updated to the new version and i dont slap the screen when im done with it, but i've noticed random little blue pixels dotting up on discord, i can see them more when it has a dark blue background, i tried restarting my computer and it didnt help it just moved the pixels from mid center to slightly more higher, it isnt that big of a deal because im not to terrible close to my monitor but i would still like to fix it cuz i dont want it to get worse, i have a 2019 acer nitro 5 1050 graphics card but mainly everything that isnt a game runs on my gpu idk if the most recent update to windows caused this issue or what happened but i would like to change it
