Aspire A515-54 How can I get the on-screen keyboard to match the physical keyboard?

I have an Aspire A515-54 with some kind of French keyboard but it doesn't seem to be the Canadian Multilingual Standard or the Canadian French keyboard. I've tried changing the keyboard settings (currently set to Canadian Multilingual Standard) to get the on-screen keyboard to match the physical so that I can have an easier time typing special characters but I can't seem to find the right option.

Is there some place in the device settings that would specify what type of keyboard I have? 

Can anyone help?
