No. You have an m.2 SATA socket that should accept an m.2 SATA card or m.2 NVME card.

mSATA socket is different for an mSATA card.

You should get an m.2 SATA card since  an m.2 NVME will not run any faster with your mainboard. An NVME would be a waste of money. Furthermore, some m.2 NVME card don't work properly in m.2 SATA sockets even though the might fit.

Yes. SSD for Windows. And HDD for storing personal files should boost overall speed.

Sorry no, the m.2 SATA card  won't fit in a 2.5" HDD drive socket . But you can replace the 2.5" HDD drive with a 2.5" SATA SSD drive. The 2.5" SATA SSD drive is as fast as an m.2 SATA card.

Mohaiz , as JackE has explained to you your E5-523G can take only a max 1x 2.5" SATA-3 at 6GB/sec SSD or spinner HDD and a 1x B&M key edge connector type M.2 SSD SATA-3 at 6GB/sec. like I've shown below.

    B&M key edge connector type M.2 SATA-3 6GB/sec SSD

2.5" SATA-3 at 6GB/sec SSD or spinner HDD module location

That's the native bus clock speed. Double data rate RAM or DDR RAM transfers two data packets for each   bus clock cycle. So it effectively double-data rate RAM operates at as if the bus speed was twice the native speed 1200MHz x 2 = 2400MHz.

Sorry, your mainboard m.2 socket only supports m.2 SATA3 SSD speeds. An m.2 nvme card may fit but will only operate at m.2 SATA3 speeds allowed by the mainboard.

Hi. If i want to upgrade Ram, does MHZ matter? Can i use any 2400mhz or 2666mhz or others?

Yes, you can install up to a 16GB module of 2400MHz or higher as shown on the Crucial site for your model. They all will operate at the maximum speed allowed by your mainboard 2400MHz even if rated at 3200MHz. So don't spend more money for higher frequency than 2400MHz.

    I installed 16gb 2666 ddr4 ram.
Why in task manager performance, the speed show only 1200mhz?
