windows 7 will not boot normally AOD271

hi its me again but this time its a diffrent computer. w9ndows 7 will not boot unless i use safe mode. it also cant do system restore.

    Booting in safe mode but failing in normal means you have some app or driver that is crashing. That dump can tell you what is causing the error. Try running WinDbg (you likely have to download it first) to see what is crashing, then we'll figure out which app or driver that is.
