Customer Self Support

Whenever I try and put in my S/N and SNID IDs, it says it can't find them? But I can find the warranty end and the product info with the same numbers. Is there any way I can find a way to fix this problem, or is it a acer website issue? I need to get a repair done and this is stalling me.
