I have a Acer travelmate p214-41-r6mg that uses realtek audio console. Recently I updated the audio drive to newer version whish is  6.0.9089.1 . But this causes the Realtek Audio Console to not working properly. every time i want to open the settings for speakers and any output devices , The app crashes and it keeps on happening .Can somebody recommends me to install the previous version of the driver .I dont really remember the version. maybe its 6.0.8.... something

    Hi Amirz03,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.

It looks like the Realtek Audio Console is a separate download from the driver. Download it's package and install that after you have the drivers installed and it should work.
