keys p,t,q,j,1,3 are not working in my Acer E1 571. What to do now ? [i typed by on scr keyboard]

The key switches under the keycovers probably need to be cleaned of debris & food crumbs that accumulate over time. Use a soft bristle facial blush brush to gently move bristles under the keycovers to dislodge this debris while blowing air on the keys to remove it. Be careful not to pop the keycovers off the switches because they are very difficult to put back on.

I understand that you try to update the keyboard  drivers.    Try to uninstall it.   Restart the computer and check it. 

Try windows +  x - it will show you the menu - go to device manager  
Alternatively you can try windows + r - on the run window - you can type devmgmt.msc 
click on keyboard - expand it
Right click on driver - click on uninstall 
Restart the computer.  

If it is not a hardware ( key related )  or dust related issue on the keyboard
Sometimes even resetting the bios will also help.    

While turning on the computer, tap f2. It  will go to bios. Press f9  once. It will show load bios defaults with a yes or no popup. Press enter. Popup screen will disappear.  Press f10 once. It will show save changes popup with yes or no. Press enter. Computer will restart and it will load into windows.

You can also use a external usb keyboard as a temporary solution till the regular keyboard start to work.
