We need to determine whether it is a hardware or software issue.

    Step 1

Try to use the computer without the charger and check whether you are getting any flickering issue.     If the computer is working fine without the charger then it might be the issue with adapter or surge protector or power outlet.

    Step 2

Remove the charger.  Tap f2 while turning on the computer.   It will go to bios.    Stay there for 30 mins to check whether there is any flickering issues on the bios screen.   If you are not getting any flickering issues on the bios screen then it is a software issue ( issue with operating system ).    We can easily rectify it.

If you are facing the issue on the bios screen, i am sorry to inform you that it is a hardware issue.   If the computer is in warranty please contact the warranty dept or else you need to take it to local tech.

I got a small suggestion.    You can still check or use the computer by connecting the external monitor.

    Hi Nithin619,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
