I have an ACER Chromebook CP311-2H. I installed two extensions to Chrome: Win7 Scrollbars 1.1 and Grey Scrollbar with Buttons 0.1.2. I did this seeking to add the up and down buttons at the top and bottom of the scrollbar, which is what I need. The up and down buttons work on Chrome on my Dell PC, but not on my Chromebook. I need help making this work right.

Yes, some extension developers don't go to the extra effort to support ChromeOS devices as well as the Chrome browser for Windows. Try contacting them with your dilemma to see if they have plans for better support. You should also be able to scroll with the cursor and page keys and with the scroll wheel on a mouse or double finger swipes with the touch pad.
