I'm getting the 0xc00000e9 error and am unable.to boot to anything other than Windows Boot Manager. Boot mode is strapped into UEFI and is grayed out.

Have tried all of the videos to no avail. At this point I'd be fine with just restoring windows, but have no clue how to do that.

Boot mode should be UEFI with the Windows Boot Manager handling the boot options. When you use the F12 key to get a boot menu, WBM is what gives you the list of bootable sources. It's not limited to booting only Windows... Go into your BIOS and let us know what's set there; is Secure Boot enabled or disabled, how about the F12 Boot Menu? Does the drive show up? Do any other drives show up? I have to be a but vague with my questions because you haven't told us what computer you have or how it's configured. :)
If possible, let us know the full model number of your computer, what drives are installed, how much memory it has and which OS is it running?
