Hello everyone!

I am new on forum, so probably i posted my message in wrong place. Sorry for that.

8 months ago i bought a Acer Nitro 5 with RTX2060.
I have a problem with this laptop. It's charged (100% battery). And for example, it will turn it off at 9 p.m., I go to sleep and go to work in the morning, and when I come back I can't turn it on from the power button. he doesn't answer, nothing works. When I connect it to the power supply, the charging lamp appears and then the computer can be started from the power button. Turns on, turns off, keyboard lights up and goes out. turns back on. It goes off again and turns on for the third time, this time the Acer logo appears. Only the computer is set to the time from the previous shutdown. For example, if I turned it off at 21.00 and I turn it on the next day at 16.00, it is at 21.00 yesterday. Can anyone tell me what might be happening to my Nitro? I called the site, updated the bios 2 times. I was restoring it to factory condition and the problem persists. Even today, turned off at 8.00 p.m., switched on at 10.10 p.m., it was only active after plugging it into the power socket.

Please advice.

    Hi Dendix12,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.
