No Bootable Device Problem

I got a message today as I was opening up my computer and it said “no bootable device,” so I have been trying to troubleshoot for the past 3 hours and can’t seem to figure it out. I have tried changing settings in the BIOS, I have tried putting a paper clip in the pinhole on the bottom of the computer then restarting, and I don’t know what else to do. Can someone please help.

Go to bios and see if you can see the device there.

Do you know which section I would find the device in the BIOS.

Oh, I see where the device would be but it just says “none.”

    Hi AnimalLiam1425,

In the info page you will have HDD0 or HDD1 like that. In there do you see the alpha-numeric code.

    Hi VictoriaCO,

May I know the full model name of your unit.
