Can anyone tell me why I can't charge until 90% or 10%?
Which settings can you adjust and how to find them?
Sometimes it is useful to be able to charge further to have a longer autonomy

Sounds like battery protection, in the acer care centre app, i think its under tune up or check up there is an option to prevent charging over 80% :)

The battery charge level meter can only be re-calibrated to charge to 100% by refreshing the drivers. Open Device Manager. Click batteries folder. Right click and uninstall all drivers that you find in this folder. Exit Device Manager without re-installing anything. Shut down Windows normally. Turn machine back on and let Windows refresh the battery drivers. Then check full charge level meter again to see if it needs recalibration.

Had to reinstal Acer Care Center (blocked on "Initialising").
After reinstal I found the switch to turn off the protection!
