problem e5-417g touchpad

hello someone who has an acer e5-471g with intel core i5 4200u processor and has windows 10 installed
i have problems with the touchpad, i can't make it work. 
I install windows 7 and the touch pad work without problem. 
But when i update to windows 8.1 or windows 10 , i cant install the touchpad drivers.
what i do...
I install the intel seria i/o , and the elan driver but in device manager hid i/2, is in yellow and code 10.

    BIOS must be changed to UEFI mode to install Win10 from Legacy BIOS to install Win7 for device drivers to run properly. Boot drive must also be changed to GPT partitioning for  Win10 from MBR partitioning for Win7.

    Download, install and run iobit's DriverBooster freeware to see if it can pick up new drivers on line. Jack E/NJ

    the bios is the last 1.25

    I'm looking for the BIOS MAIN & BOOT tabs. Not the BIOS Information tab.
