Sounds like a failed drive, does the SSD show in the UEFI?

    Hi,
Could you please post the full model name of the laptop, like AN515-xx, in the meantime, go to BIOS and move to Boot tab, post the picture of it like my snip.

    Hi Ksois,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

Try booting up from a USB installable windows drive (made on some other system), and see if that helps detect your drive. Either the drive failed (but since it is recognized in bios, maybe it is working), or it could be that the drive does not have any OS on it!
