Huge Software Problems acer aspire vx15

Well it all started a while ago when I got the non supported graphics card error. I contacted Nvidia and they told me motherboard manufacturer or Acer needs to check that out.
After that I realised that I can not update my Windows at all, it just goes up to 6 or 7 percent then restarts and reverts the changes. I tried reinstalling Windows with ISO, keeping all the files and data inside the computer. And after one update, it got the same.
Do you all have any suggestions, I would be happy if any of you could sort this out without resetting my computer.
