How can I fix games randomly stuttering - acer nitro 5

Hi, I have an acer nitro 5, the old bulkier one with geforce and an intel i5

whenever I play any game with its perfect, no issues and then it randomly goes like 15 fps for 2-3 seconds then back to normal, there isnt even a noticeable reason for it, its not like the game im playing had a huge particle explosion or anything its just random and it ruins my gaming,

if anyone has a solution it would help so much

theres also been the heat issue, it turns into an oven when I play any game for more than 15 minutes, its gradual but it starts to burn at the top of the keyboard

pls someone help ive done everything

There are a lot of factors that cause random stuttering when playing games. Are you using HDD or SSD for system (Windows)? Have you upgraded your RAM? How much the temps when gaming?

Try to uninstall all your graphics drivers with DDU (see guide here and download software) you will have to run DDU in windows “Safe Mode” to uninstall all graphics drivers for NVIDIA and Intel and after reinstall the latest GeForce driver for your card and the latest Intel Graphics driver for your CPU as a fresh install usually stops allot of these “games randomly stuttering” problems.

To get to Safe Mode and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstall) do this:

1. Download and install DDU onto desktop

2. Press Left Shift key

3. Keep pressing Shift key and Restart Windows

4. Go into Troubleshoot

5. Go to Advance options

6. Go to Startup Settings

7. Click Restart

8. Go into #4 Enable Safe Mode

9. Go to the DDU software and use “Clean and Not Restart” to uninstall all drivers of NVIDIA or INTEL or AMD and other remanence’s of uninstalled drivers to thoroughly take them OFF the drive and system.

10. After you have uninstalled all the drivers > reboot > and install all the latest GPU drivers from either NVIDIA or AMD and Intel as these steps will completely uninstall all drivers that could be causing BSOD's and freezes and you will only have the appropriate drivers installed.

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
3. You will be in setup utility page.
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself.
