I have a Nitro 5 AN515-43 it has ryzen 5 3550H, Gtx 1650 and a 8 gb ram (5.94 GB usable) it's like 10 months and it's starts lagging and slowing down when i opened it in the morning so i don't know what the cause is all my drivers are updated my windows is updated and it has no virus on it or anything so i was planning to reset it because it might solve it but i want to ask if there is another way to solve my problem of this laptop (when I'm playing valorant it's lagging and stuttering even with other games but it's working smoothly before this problem)

    Hi Taemoako,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.
