Can't register product - Predator Helios 300

So, I purchased this Acer laptop (Predator Helios 300), It's pretty new as I purchased it in April 2021. I'm trying to simply contact Acer support to get help with a GPU related problem but every time I try to get in chat support, it ask me for the SDIN or Serial Number of the laptop, I don't have any problem providing that, it simply always say "The Serial Number or SNID you entered cannot be found in our system." which is pretty annoying as I'm providing the exact same one I got with the box, I also tried that "Auto-detect Device" tool and it provides the same thing but then again, It doesn't work either.
