So i bought this laptop in December 2020 and since day one it looks like something is wrong with the screen or something. From time to time screen will go black and return to normal after a sec. At first i thought there is something wrong with the gpu drivers but this keeps on happening after updating everything. Anyone else has this issue? Should i send it back for replacement?

We need to determine whether it is a hardware or software issue..

While turning on the computer, tap f2   It will go to bios.    Please stay on the bios screen for 15 to 30 minutes.    Check whether the screen is flickering on the bios.     If the screen is flickering on the bios screen, then it is a hardware issue.    If it is not flickering on the bios screen then it is a software or operating system issue.

It it is a hardware issue you can contact the warranty department .

    Hi leossmith,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Unplug the charger.
    3. At the bottom there will be a tiny pin hole with battery sign close to it take a pin or paper clip and insert into it hold that button for 20-30 seconds. Then turn ON the unit and check.
