Hi guys, I'm using predator helios 300 (ph315-51) 2018 edition, before I install a new ram, the speed is 2667mhz, but after I added a new ram, the speed decrease to 2400mhz, is this normal ?

    Hi,
You have memory modules with mixed profiles, original RAM has JEDEC profiles and the new HyperX has XMP profiles, you can get either another module with JEDEC profiles with same specs as the original RAM and replace the HyperX module or get another HyperX module with same specs and replace the JEDEC module but on the other hand you can also leave it as it is because there won't be any noticeable difference between 2400MHz and 2666MHz.

    Hi,
Could you please post the details of both modules, you can also download and install CPU-z, run it and post the pictures of Memory tab and SPD tab for both slots.
