Predator cestus 310 often freeze on acer nitro 5 an515-45

Hi, i recently brought acer nitro an515-45 and got predator cestus 310 as a bonus. But whenever i use the mouse, it often freeze for 1sec befor working again. I've tried to reinstall the mouse driver too but it didnt fixed it. When i use my other mouse, it didn't freeze. And the weird part is, when i use the predator cestus on other laptop, it working and never freeze. Is there any chance the mouse didnt compatible to nitro 5? Or is there any way to fix this issue?

Hi unnamed948,

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page. 
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
