My Laptop isn’t powering on Aspire 5

I have had my laptop for only a couple of months, I got it christmas 2020. I left it in a case over the weekend, keep in mind it was working fine before and then yesterday i open it up and it won’t charge, won’t power on, the two lights won’t turn on, nothing. I have tried resets, battery pin holding, etc. I still don’t know what is wrong?? This is the Acer Laptop Aspire 5. Also i doubt it’s the case, i have left it alone in that one many times before.

Not entirely sure what you mean, the model is aspire 5, and the number is N19C3.

Try to charger it with other charger.

Hi  SunN,
Try to do a Power drain process , In order to do power drain  you need to unplug the power code and turn over the Laptop to the back side and you can find small tiny Pin hole   and take Pin that could fit on and gently  push and hold  the pin on to the hole for 30 seconds and then try to boot the computer and check ,
