Hi, ive been wondering this for a while. My acer nitro 5 gaming laptop is running at lower fps not plugged in but runs better when it is plugged in. I’ve looked this up and most people say it’s normal, Is this something to do with Nvidia Battery Boost? If it is, is it safe to change it in the geforce experience application or Control Panel? Thank you

Changing it doesn't have much of difference. The battery itself can't power the Dedicated GPU(Nvidia GPU) at maximum performance.
