Different Swift 3 models use different adapters. We need to know which model you have in order to see which adapter yours uses. The link you provided doesn't say what voltage(s) the Lenovo adapter outputs. Most Acer laptops that support charging from the USB-C port (and many do not) require 20V and won't charge with lower voltages.

To use a Lenovo AC adapter with your Acer Swift 3 notebook, ensure the power specifications match or are close to the required specifications. Check the connector size and shape to ensure compatibility. If the voltage, amperage, and connector size match, the adapter should work. However, third-party adapters may void your laptop's warranty and pose a small risk. It's best to stick with manufacturer-recommended accessories or contact Acer's customer support for compatibility and potential risks.

If the Lenovo adapter plug (output DC cable) matches exactly the barrel DC port of your Swift and the Amp (power) is not more than what Acer recommends no problem. Check the ID and OD in mm of the original adapter pin and compare that with the Lenovo adapter online. I bought my Aspire5 a515-54G in 2020 from Acer Philippines that came with an HP adapter half the Watt of the recommended adapter, but the plug fits perfectly with a click when fully inserted in the DC port. The HP pin size is 4mm x 1.7mm while the recommended adapter pin size is smaller, 3mm x 1.1mm. Later I bought an original spare adapter but the 3mm x 1.1mm plug fits too loose, comes out easily, and no click, I only use the HP adapter for over 4 years now.
