Battery Not detected/ Battery Not charging Nito 5

Hi,

I purchased this Acer Nito 5 Laptop Last year. Since I was using this laptop rare, there were occasions where this laptop used to drain to zero. Recently, I tried to use it and found that my laptop battery is not charging at all. Like I can use my laptop for hours if I plug into the electricity, but the moment I disconnect the plug, the laptop shuts down.

Thinking that this might be the charger issue, I tried to use an alternative charger but still the same issue. So I thought this might be the Battery Issue. The Battery which came along with the Laptop was AP18E8M. The one which I replaced was AP17E8M. The laptop was working quite well until I played a CS game. Because while playing this game, the laptop gets heated up so I keep my laptop on a charge while playing this game. Once I finish my game, after a while I unplug from the electricity port and again the same issue happened.

At times the Battery is not detected/ else the battery is not charging.

I am clueless about what exactly would be the issue. Battery/charger/Motherboard. Completely clueless.

On top of that the warranty is over and Acer Service centre charges a bomb and here I have to pay heavily to identify the issue. I am finding myself completely helpless. Can anyone help me to fix this.

I would really grateful. I purchased this laptop by saving money for a long time and now this issue is breaking my heart. Can anyone please suggest something.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Nikz279,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".
