Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 : The Keboard RGB is not working

Hello, some weeks ago my keyboard rgb lights stop working for no reason apparently(I can't turn On them in keyboard shortcut neither in the Predator Sense app). I already search how to fix it but I didn't find anything. The rgb don't even turn On when I powerOn the laptop. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Hi,
Switch off the laptop, disconnect AC adaptor, press Power button for 9Secs, let the laptop to rest for 15Mins, reconnect AC adaptor and fully charge the battery before starting the laptop.

Hi Gongas,

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page. 
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

Check this T/S and post the result. ​
