Refund policy Swift 3

Bought ACER Swift 3 at Challenger about 6 months ago; it started acting up after the first month (hence, can't return to challenger). Four different problems. Took it to the Service Center - they repaired it - but could not reply why a brand new laptop had so many issues (heating up too fast; keyboard very sensitive; cannot reboot and sound system was ..... pathetic to say the least. Now ACER says go back to Challenger and get a refund; Challenger says this is ACER's responsibility. Any help anyone?

    No one here will be able to help, we're all just Acer customers too, hence the "Community Forums"... You need to be talking with your vendor and with Acer support for your locale.
