Laptop's keyboard has stopped functioning.

Re-installation of keyboard driver has not fixed the issue. However, USB connected keyboard is working fine.

    It might help if you could reveal your full ACER model number. For exampe, E5-473? A515-44? ES1-572? If there is a reset pinhole on the bottom  of the laptop, shutdown the machine, remove the charger and insert a paperclip into the pinhole for about 30 seconds. Or remove the battery for a minute or two if it's externally mounted. Then plug the charger back in. Wait for the battery charge LED to turn from steady orange to steady blue. Then try it again.

    Is entire keyboard not working or some of the keys are not working.
