When I first bought the pc it was fine but around an hour after I tried changing its refresh rate

Which is my monitors refresh rate now all I'm getting is 1 beep and the a blue screen saying no hdmi signal which i know the hdmi isnt the problem since I've tried 3 diffrent wires

    Rule X - Do not change the refresh rate to anything unsupported by monitor - it isn't the problem with wires, it is the problem with your graphics card sending refresh rate that the monitor cannot understand.
    Go to advanced display settings, select the monitor with issue, and change the refresh rate to a supported value - 60 is the standard, so select 60.
