    Hi @Dyn0might

The error message "No Bootable Media" or "No Bootable Device", is related to HDD/SSD which contains the OS. At first, you can try resetting the BIOS to default. To get instructions in doing it, click here.  Post back the result.

    No it does not.
It shows the ssd serial number, but it does not show up in the boot priority.

The ssd is being recognized by the bios. What happens when you press f9 to restore the bios and then f10 to save and exit?

    Hi Dyn0might,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.
