Shipping Warranty r Predator XB273K

I wasn't sure who or where to contact about my problem. I have not seen a email address anywhere or I would have contacted that way. I spent $900 on this monitor(Acer Predator XB273K Gpbmiipprzx 27in) and have had to send it in twice now for repairs which is no problem because I love the monitor. What isn't fun is having to pay for shipping when I haven't even owned it a year, 7months to be exact, especially when money has been tough this year. I've spent a total of $200 to ship a product for problems with it that are no fault of my own. It be different if this happened once or even If I'd at least have owned it longer then a year or so. I don't know if anything will come of this or I can get some sort of reimbursement. Just really frustrated after having to spend  $139 today and ship it for the 2nd time. I love acer and their products but this has been really disheartening, I've now spent about $1100 on this monitor. Well thank you for your time hopefully this gets to the right person or I can at least have a chat with someone at acer about it.

    If it is the problem than happens twice on the monito than Acer might help you with shipping label but still Acer having their company policy . So you can explain them about the issue happened twice and request them to send a shipping label and i guess they might be able to help you. But i dont think Acer might help you with the reimbursement of the shipping cost.
