This was already asked a while back: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/73729/is-there-any-way-to-add-inertial-cursor-for-touchpad
And it was possible to do with regedit back in 2015: https://superuser.com/questions/700348/how-do-i-enable-momentum-aka-inertia-on-a-notebook-with-an-elan-touchpad

But this option is not available anymore. How can I enable it?

I have the latest drivers for everything, bios too. No touchpad options in any version of the bios were found.

    Hi,
You could try this, go to Settings and click Devices tile, click Touchpad in the left pane, select "Middle mouse button" with the dropdown arrow under Three finger gestures.

What about Windows 11? I am looking for the same option because I don't have or see the Elan tab on the mouse options fron the control panel.

I would like to have the elan tab so that i can configure the edge scroll by inertia. But i don’t see or have it. I only have the one provided by windows 11 but it has few options. Everything is correctly installed. Thanks

Go to the BIOS and then to the Main tab. Hit a CTRL-S to see if any extra commands are revealed. If so, do you have any settings for the touchpad? You may want to switch it to advanced mode if that's available.
