I have a Helios 300 (pH315-52) with i5 9300H + GTX 1660Ti. During gaming cpu clock stays constant at 4000MHz that eventually leads to 90+ cpu temperatures. While looking at some videos of i7 9750H model I noticed that it runs at 3988MHz and generates less heat than 9300H
