Laptop not waking up from sleep Aspire 3 A315-32-

Hello,
My Acer Aspire 3 A315-32-P0S4 is not waking up from sleep but when i open the lid or press any key on the keyboard the blue indicator light turns on and nothing else. I have to do force shutdown every time.

Hi,
Go to Power options, Advanced Power options and expand Sleep, adjust the settings as in my snip.

What is the version of the bios? When the problem occurs, write down the exact time. Then, go to the reliability history and the event viewer and tell us what error is appearing.

# Power drain,

1.Unplug the AC power adapter.

2. Shutdown the unit.

3. Search for a pinhole on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.​
​Check this T/S and post the result.

hello, it seems that I have the same issue after reinstalling windows 10 this week, did u find a solution for this annoying problem
