Spin3 SP313-51N - Sound problem using calls on Your Phone Companion app

I'm trying to set up my Spin so that I can make and answer phone calls from my mobile via the Your Phone Companion app. The phone and laptop are connected up, I can see all my phone notifications and receive and send text messages on the laptop. I can also make and answer calls from the app. However, when these calls connect there is no sound on the laptop and the microphone does not work either. The call is still possible on the phone. I have set up both "Messenger" and "Whats app" to work correctly from the laptop, so presumably there is a setting somewhere that needs to be changed.

Go to the below settings, Under the choose apps title check the app which used to make the call is enabled the microphone or not. If it is not enables turn it ON.
