exact-complete model number recovery problem -cont. re Aspire TC-895-EB11;.

I did call the Acer !-800 support line and after giving her my SNID and S/N an Acer support agent took me through to various places on the Acer website, - Support/Drivers & Manuals etc. -but again, -nowhere was the answer to be found.

You wouldn't think that such info would be so difficult to recover, esp. with the SNID and S/N -can anyone help?

Even if I could know the 4 or 5 Aspire TC-895-EB11 variations -I'm sure that I would recognize my model.

 Any help with this would be most appreciated, it's really bothersome when you can't retrieve information that you know is out there but can't find.

    Checking the specs of the LG Monitor I bought to go with the Aspire I found it's model # to have variations -mostly it is referred to online as just 24MK430H-B -but on the box it came with there's, " 24MK430H-BB.AUSVJVN ".
    -It's very possible that somewhere else online I seen it referred to as 24MK430H-B-AUS -which could be what I was recalling -and confused it with the Aspire desktop's info.

    It is still of course possible that there are letters a the end of the Aspire TC-895-EB11's "full" model number too......

    I guess in the course of my researching & starting up with this new rig I'll see the fuller model # somewhere again if it isn't the monitor's that I'm thinking of.
