    Hello Easwar
Just for you to know I am installing a new windows 10 Acer Switch One SW1-011
this morning using the download tool from Microsoft. Also using Rufus to make the USB bootable. I hope this time it will install al of the drivers. If not I will let you know and hope that you have some answers as to why this happens. Seems very strange to have a full operating system without any drivers. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

    Hello again Easwar
Ok I installed windows 10 again today and all the drivers are missing again.
    I am at a loss.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Regards

Installing Windows from scratch doesn't always install the full set of drivers and also doesn't install any Acer specific applications. If you reinstall from Acer recovery images you get the Acer specific applications. Likely the Realtek you are used to is an app, not a driver...
Once you do a clean Windows install you should be able to download and install all the drivers from the Acer support site, then do a full set of Windows updates, including driver updates, and that should get everything back running except the Acer specific apps.

Thank you Billsey. For the last 3 days I have tried everything including downloading all the zip files and using the Intel assistant which tells me that there are no other drivers. I also do not have Wifi and I tried everything there including all the wrong information on Youtube.
I can connect only via hard wire to the internet. Not sure why these two items are such a problem to fix.

Weird 2-in-1 touchscreen tablets usually don't have normal Realtek audio chipsets, they have i2s audio chipsets.

    Hello Joe9844
Windows tells me that they are blocking the Realtek Codec.
Thank you anyway for the information.
    Much appreciated.
I will spend the weekend searching all this again.
No Battery icon showing, no 32 gig SD card showing, no sound, no wifi.
    Regards Jerry
