Brand new Nitro laptop with Ryzen 5 + RTX 3060 crashes 5-10mins into games unless underclocked.

I recently bought a Nitro laptop which runs on Ryzen 5 + RTX 3060. As soon as it arrived, I installed couple of games (Warzone and Valorant) on it but the laptop started to crash 5-10 mins into the games.

I updated all the drivers, checked the GPU temps (about 75c) and they seem fine but the laptop was still crashing and also occasionally giving me BSOD.

I finally managed to fix this problem by underclocking the GPU by almost - 500MHz using MSI Afterburner, including the memory clock and then ran Heaven benchmark on ultra and tested games which now run fine...

My question here is should I return the laptop as I suspect it might be a hardware problem or should I just wait for new driver updates which may resolve any issues with it? I am confused as to what could be the problem, other people who bought the same laptop (who posted online reviews) did not have this issue. Any advice is well appreciated. Thanks.

Bluescreen or just freezing up? Anything in the event logs at the time of the crash? :)
