Nitrosense AN515-55 when I press nitro sense button on keyboard or open nitro sense it loads

Hello there, I have an Acer Nitro 5 laptop, its model is AN515-55, it's been only one month since I bought it, everything was so cool until one day Nitrosense simply stopped opening, when I press nitro sense button on keyboard or open nitro sense it loads (shows the splash scree and appears in task manager), but it doesn't show up on my desktop, I already checked for solutions, I literally tried every single solution available on the internet, some were only Uninstalling it then reinstalling it, others were some command prompt commands, even some people talked about a windows update that caused back so I reverted it but even that didn't word ,one solution worked, which was installing predator sense, since nitro 5 and Helion 300 are so close, but the thing is that predator sense didn't have any option to control the keyboard back lightning colors and effects, also it didn't have any options for sound control, it only had the fan control, GPU control and temperature monitoring , Also I can't just make a format for my laptop it has tens of (Heavy) apps that I can't risk to delete them all since I am a student, I asked for help from ACER official pages but still no single response, Honestly I loved ACER ever since, but if I knew that ACER costumer support was that bad I wouldn't buy a laptop with all that money just to not be able to change keyboard colors .

In the event viewer are there any events at the time you open it? it opening and closing instantly suggests that there is a broken libary / missing DLL or something

When you re installed did you remove it first or just install over the top?

Hello sir, 
when I uninstalled it I did two methods, first one I normally uninstalled it from control panel then installed a new one that I downloaded from acer drivers page of my model, when that didn't work I thought maybe some files or configuration from the old one are still existing, so I uninstalled it using "revo uninstaller", then again installed the new one i downloaded.

task manager shows that the app is open, and event viewer shows a bunch of things that I don't understand , it's my first time that I hear about this one.

here are the screenshots for both, please let me know if you need any other specific things.

So it would in either system or application at the time you start the app, its just a case of looking through them at the time and seeing if there are any about anything related,

secdond check services to see if there is the nitrosense, psservice, predator sense service , or PSAdminAgent or anythng from acer, it will need to be running. It may be that when you start it, it goes straight to stopped in which case its back to event viewer to get any errors.

It usually happens when something which has been installed has deleted a DLL during update

Alright I checked, the event log doesn't show any error or warning messages related to nitrosense or any from Acer, I only get errors about MySql server installed on my pc, which is true, cuz I have some.

for the services, none of the ones you mentioned show there, does that mean something specific?, and if possible do you have an idea about which dll files could be missing so that I try to get them back ?

Without the errors in the event log its not possible.

 So there isnt any acer services at all in services 🤔 if so it sounds like it hasnt installed properly as there should be a service there called something like PSAdminAgent or the likes (which is how the app works)

Yes sir, there isn't anything related to acer in services, I checked again after uninstalling and reinstalling it again, still same, I am really sick of this, everything works fine beside nitrosense.

Try an older version and see if that puts the services in place :
