why does my acer aspire 7 boot only every second time?

I have acer aspire 7 ryzen 5 5500u model laptop, the device only boots up every second time i.e when I press the power button it just turns on the keyboard backlight and nothing happens then I hard shutdown the device and again press the power button then the device boots up properly. I have tried disabling fast boot up.

Keep fast startup disabled. Double check that it's still unchecked. Then shut machine off normally. Remove charger. Insert paperclip into reset pinhole on the bottom for about a minute. Then reconnect the charger. Try booting on the  first try again.

# Power drain,

1.Unplug the AC power adapter.

2. Shutdown the unit.

3. Search for a pinhole on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.​

I had the same problem and tried all the solutions available on the internet but none of them worked. Later, I realized that the issue was caused by my RAM. I had added a 2400 MHz RAM stick to my device, while the original RAM was 3200 MHz. The problem occurred only when both RAM sticks were installed. When I removed the 2400 MHz RAM stick, the problem disappeared.
