Conceptd 5 pro and application Palette doesn't work

Hey, I have conceptd 5 pro and application "conceptd palette" doesnt work. After click nothing happend. I tried to reinstall but it didn't help

    I don't know which exact ConceptD 5 Pro model you have but try to completely uninstall the existing ConceptD Palette software first and then install the latest ConceptD Palette software for yourConceptD 5 Pro model from the Acer Drivers & Manuals, as it should work.
