    We are going to need more info... Which C710 model do you have? It's likely something like C710-xxx-xxxx. Does yours have a HDMI port? If so do you get a display if you plug that into a monitor? Do you see anything on the display when you power on, especially an error message? Do you see a backlight giving you a slightly brighter than all the way off screen? If you shine a flashlight at an angle on the screen can you see faint images?

    Hi Battlefield,

    1. Turn off your Chromebook.
    2. Press and hold Refresh  + tap Power 
    3. When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh .

    Click on restart.
