Hi, 6 months ago I bought brand new Acer nitro 5 laptop, recently I have noticed very high temperatures that were not there before.
Laptop returned from Acer service with the cooling system and thermal paste replaced, but I can still see the same issue. When I boot pc and lurk on internet I can see that CPU temperatures randomly goes up to 85 degrees for a few seconds than go back to 50/60. While gaming and CPU usage is at about 20-30% temperatures stay at 80-90 degrees, sometimes I can feel thermal throttling for like 5 seconds. And it wasn't like that before, when I bought laptop and I played games with even 40-50% CPU usage temperatures were not even 90 degrees, and I didnt do anything to laptop, I even did full system reinstall and same things happens. I wonder what should I do, where's issue, because firstly I thought it was cooling system broken, or maybe I dramatize?
My Laptop specs:
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060
CPU: Intel Core I7-10750H
RAM: 16GB
There is an imgur with screenshots of temperatures:
I did stress test and it occured with a lot of thermal throttling, attaching file with stress test monitor log.
Also when I change Minimum or Maximum performance state in Power Plan from 100% to 99% CPU Voltage goes down from 1.3V to 0.850V which lower down temperatures but it's losing a lot of performance.
I can't undervolt CPU because it's locked, so I don't know what should I do. It shouldn't be like that, and It never was like that.
