Monitor ACER XV340CKP Aim Point (Crosshair) Shifted to Left, and burned pixels. Possible to Fix it?

    hello the crosshair on my acer nitro XV340CX has the same problem: Crosshair shifted 5mm aprox. to right, i tried GTA V, PUbg,  the built in monitor 's crosshair is always shifted to right with the same 5mm.
    Called acer custommer service for almost 1 hour and half, and couldn't resolve the issue. Rep told me he's going to send an email to the engineers. If it isn't resolved, i am going to send back this monitor. I had Lg monitor before and lg's  crosshair were perfectly centred.

    I begin to feel the pain of buying a cheapo monitor.

    So if problem isn't resolved by thursday (waiting for engineers reponse to rep's email), i will send back this monitor for refund and i 'll never buy ACER again, givin all the persons having issues with the crosshair and no answer from acer to help customer, no firmware update, no nothing.
     Come on Acer, how can you mess up a simple feature like centered crosshair , tells me a lot on the company's know-how :-/
