Okay so story time.
So I just got this bad boy today. I am pretty much a noob when it comes to display hardware. I can build a fancy PC but am not so savvy when it comes to advanced displays like this thing.
Any way, I didn't understand why I couldn't get G-Sync or 144hz to work. Then I realized it was because it was because those fancy cables that came with the monitor where not just extra HDMI cords. So I plugged one in. G-Sync showed up in the control panel, but not 144hz. Learned I needed to use both cables, did that.
Now I can GET 144hz display, but the G-Sync option is gone from Nivida control panel, and when I am in 144hz and turn on HDR via the Windows Display Settings I get this issue

Anyone have any idea what the heck is going on? the only thing I could find was this thread but HDR-400 isn't exactly HDR.
