How do I contact support without an SNID? - nitro 5
My nitro 5 went black when I was using it last night, no lights at all. Verified my power supply is working but the computer is completely unresponsive. Now it should be no surprise that a LAPTOP computer will sometimes sit on my lap and the sticker on the bottom and the SNID has worn off. I can get a partial if I hold it in just the right light but Acer's garbage excuse for customer support will not let you contact them in any way without an SNID, can't phone, can't live chat, can't find an email. What I can read is that the unit was manufactured April 28 2020 so IS less than a year old and should be under warranty so how the hell do I talk to these people? I've spent hours already on this.
