My Nitro AN515-55 is having touchpad cursor flickering issue and background noise issue in headphone

I have reinstalled all the drivers and even reinstall fresh windows 10 from Microsoft server. The touchpad has been replaced two times and headphone jack has also been replaced. It has been more than 3 months , no solution has been provided by Acer service. If you cannot solve these issues then please replace the laptop as it is affecting my office work.
